Kelly was on time, listen to my directions well and cleaned what I asked her to clean and got the complete job done.

She did a good job. Only issue was arriving 30 minutes late to the first appointment. This is more for HOMEAGLOW, place cleaners logistically close to their home base whenever possible. JMO She was paid cash for her tip, thank you.

Jill is wonderful! Great at cleaning but is also very independent and if she has cleaned before she remembers the details on each room. I strongly recommend Jill!

Tipped Peter in person. He did a great job, he was able to get both bathrooms deep cleaned and most of the kitchen done as well as some vacuuming all in the 3 hours. He prioritized what I asked of him and did great work.

Brenden was efficient and thorough with the cleaning. He asked which areas I wanted him to focus on and even took out the trash. Loved that he moved everything off the counters to get the whole surface cleaned, and then put it all back. He got our 3 bedroom 2 bath house sparkling in just under 3 hours. Highly recommend!

Brenda was amazing with communication prior to the appointment and exceeded expectations on the cleaning. Was very nice and easy to work with and would love to have her working with us ongoing in the future.

Linda did a good job overall but she wasnt keeping a track of time and so skipped ome common areas like wiping down the counter tops and shower edges. 3 hours should have been enough to thoroughly clean a small sized kitchen and even smaller bathrooms.

Armida worked hard in 6 hours and I could tell she took pride in her work. We needed our house cleaned for renters and she did an excellent job!

Keyona communicated with me regularly before the appointment. She arrived on time. She was polite and respectful. She focused on the areas I requested to optimize her time. I docked her one star because she did not deep clean. But perhaps my expectation was unrealistic for her 1st visit, since she had a lot of areas to cover. Next time I’ll ask her to focus on limited areas and clean deeper.

Alexis did a good job, but she finished in 2.5 hours, not 4. I don't want to pay for 4 hours. Can you adjust my payment.

She even cleaned under and behind the fridge and that hadn’t been done since the owner’s, one of the roomies, mom passed about 20 years ago. Good worker, trustworthy and a sunny, friendly personality.

A good job as always, but she arrived late again. Late as in 30 minutes. She also wasn't dressed for the cleaning work, instead opting for open sandals and a dress, which isn't appropriate work dress in my opinion.
