Cora did a great job in cleaning my condo. She cleaned all areas as I requested. My only issue is Cora was late on the first appt. And we rescheduled to another day and she also came late. This threw my day off on the first appt. I would have Cora come back for my next appt. BUT she has to come on time. It’s May 1 @11:30am. for 2 hours. Thank you!

Chad was amazing from the start! He was able to accommodate us last min to cover an hour before what was scheduled and then he even stayed late just to finish! He worked hard from beginning to end, and had our place spotless and smelling great. He definitely went above and beyond!!

Whitney was organized and has a system when cleaning. A few things were shifted around, but easy to put back in place. The refrigerator door seemed like the ice maker flap went missing. She also left slightly earlier than the scheduled time, but everything looked like it was touched on. Overall she did a very good job.

Tyrone did a great job with cleaning. What he did was a deep cleaning. Very thorough and spotless but.. He could only cleaned 2 bathrooms within 3 hours. The 3 hours was not enough to clean the whole house as I expected. Plus I had to put and organized everything back for him. Now that I know how he works, I will have to prioritize the area needs to be clean for my next appointment with him.

2nd cleaning with Kyra. No complaints. Worked hard and completed everything requested. Appreciate her positive outlook on things. Great work!

My experience with Mynesha was great. She had terrible traffic but let me know when she would arrive. She was very thorough and left the kitchen and bathrooms sparkling. She offered good suggestions on what areas she could tackle for me on her next visit. Parking was a little difficult at 3:30 p.m. due to the holiday visitors, so I n the future I will set appointments on Friday starting between 12 noon - 1 p.m. to make parking easier.

I appreciated Taurean taking the appointment last minute when the scheduled cleaner canceled. They were very friendly and did a great job tiding up and vacuuming. I wasn’t around and so perhaps a miss in communication with my husband, but it didn’t appear that dusting, the baseboards or interior of windows (both the latter specifically requested through the app adding an hour each) got done.
