Just a heads up, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. The countertops needed to be re-wiped the bathroom shower walls or bottom of tub was not cleaned out

Everything was great except for the floors, her mop made the house smell soured once it was dryed. And the bathroom floor didnt look like it was mopped at all there was stuff still on the floor that i was hoping would get cleaned up. Other than that all the rest was nit bad at all.

Esther came instead Of Sulinan, but did not bring her own vacuum as requested. I told her at the start that I had requested 5 hours instead of 6 but she stayed for 6 anyway. Esther did a good job but speaking and understanding English was extremely difficult for her. I would prefer someone with good communication skills too, and who brings their own vacuum with under the bed attachments.

She does great work. Thorough, friendly to my cats (and me) and takes out my garbage and recycling. The dumpster and bins are a long block away. Sometimes I can do that, sometimes not.

Pauline was very pleasant and was thorough in cleaning our Master BA-more than I had requested. In my description and when she arrived (on time), I asked that she use a rag and handwash the Pergo floors. She mostly mopped them instead. The MBA shower walls, and the floors were what we requested to be cleaned in our 2-year ole 21oo square foot home with large rugs in every room.

Tristen was a life saver. He literally arrived and starting working and making my very unorganized life organized again. Thank you!
