Pauline was very pleasant and was thorough in cleaning our Master BA-more than I had requested. In my description and when she arrived (on time), I asked that she use a rag and handwash the Pergo floors. She mostly mopped them instead. The MBA shower walls, and the floors were what we requested to be cleaned in our 2-year ole 21oo square foot home with large rugs in every room.

Tristen was a life saver. He literally arrived and starting working and making my very unorganized life organized again. Thank you!

Jennifer arrived late due to problems with her car. She got started immediately and when she finished the house looked fantastic. I would be pleased to have Jennifer iin my cleaning team rotation.

Alisha was great. She came in and went right to work. She seemed to know just was needed to be done and did it!

Stacy did an excellent job! Really went out of her way to get the hard to reach spots and did a very thorough job! I will have her back again for sure!!

She was over an hour late, she did a good job except after mopping there was a smell like an old dirty towel, I think her mopping pad maybe needed to be cleaned or changed...

The only reason for not requesting her again is because we are staying loyal to our original cleaner who was unavailable this week. If anything were to change with our first cleaners availability we would love to have Conicia back ☺️

Michelle continues to be the best housekeeper I have had. She is diligent in her work, has such an attention to detail, and today we tried a new cleaner on my floor that I bought. She researched it, made recommendations, and tested it before using it. I couldn't recommend her more. She is the best!

Silver is a sweetheart. She’s very detailed oriented - tends to do a deeper clean than most. Because she’s detail oriented/deep cleaner, it takes more time. Be sure to book a couple extra hours. You won’t be disappointed.

Michelle is such a kind person and continually goes above and beyond. She leaves our home clean and smelling good and I really couldn’t do it without her.

Alix was easy to coordinate and work with, especially since I was unable to be home at the time of the cleaning. Everything was just how I left it, only a lot cleaner when I got home. It was much needed so I am very appreciative of the extra care and attention a professional cleaner like Alix was able to provide.

Generally good. Forgot to clean kitchen sink. I forgot to provide pumice stone for the toilet. I’ll have them for next time.

Christel basically did a good job, but she did miss vacuuming and washing some corners. Also, the floors in the kitchen area had been washed, but not washed very well. I would rate her cleaning job at 4.2

Ronaldo did a great job! He was punctual and very communicative, ensuring that we were happy with his work before he left. We only needed a short cleaning but will definitely schedule him for a more in-depth cleaning in the future!

We got some white paint spatter from the wood floors that’s been very stubborn in the past, and some stains in the sinks whitened so they sparkle!

Nicole was right on time and ready to go. I have to say the level of detail and thoroughness is outstanding. Only drawback was I mis judged what could be done in 6 hours with Nicole’s level of detailed work, and as a result some rooms couldn’t be cleaned in time. I would definitely hire Nicole again and maybe prioritize better.

Malayala did a very good job. Got right in and worked her heart out. She cleaned a bathroom that seldom gets used and needed a lot of TLC, walls and high mirrors. The only detriment (and I neglected to tell her to begin with) I have a little trouble hearing and she has a very soft voice.
