Did not clean the main bathroom floor as requested. Do not understand why I paid him directly and the company. I would rather just deal with paying him directly and not have to deal with HOMEAGLOW at all. Company doesn't seem reputable at all.

The things that were cleaned were done mostly well. Uncommon things got cleaned like the fridge, screens, and hvac. Some basic stuff was missed like the kitchen counters and parts of the floor. They offered to come back though.

Chantel is perhaps one of most Pleasant, ,efficient, and hardest working cleaners I’ve ever encountered.

Heather did it all! And so fast. And she did it all while I slept! I work nights but I didn’t know yet that I would be working the night before until after I booked my appointment. So I slept through the entire appointment and she managed to clean my whole house while being quiet as a mouse for me. Up and above! Thank you Heather! The house looks great!

Yvonne was great she did everything I asked and was so quick and friendly I enjoyed having her help me I was little embarrassed because of the mess in the kitchen but she made quick work of it.

Travis does an amazing job. I am thoroughly pleased with his work ethics. He arrives I. Time and stays the entire time. He does not rush through he really goes that extra mile to make sure you are happy with the cleaning. Has a charming personality and very respectful. I highly recommend Travis for cleaning.
