Prompt communication. Arrived on time. Cleaned efficiently and was very responsive to specific cleaning requests.

Nichole arrived promptly and was very conscientious. I am sorry she left without saying goodbye as I would have liked to thank her personally. I received an email saying Victoria is scheduled for my next cleaning so I am ok with that arrangement.

I truly enjoy having Ronnie and his partner cleaning my house. They did an amazing job. I was surprised to know they will come on Mother's Day. I needed help with my house and they left it super clean it was a nice Mother's Day for me. Love the attention to detail they do as well as they are great people. She was very friendly, worked around us being home without it being uncomfortable and super detail oriented. She did great with our newborn and animals and always checked in before doing anything loud like vacuuming! She also brought all of her own equipment and had a lot of it that she had clearly invested a lot into having the right tools for every space.

There were a couple surface areas that were missed, although they were fairly high up so I assume she couldn’t see it. Other than that, she did a great job.
