Lawrence did a great job. He cleaned exactly as I asked. Had no problem when I asked he use my mop and bucket to clean the floors (personal preference). He's also friendly and upbeat - Wish I had his energy!

Rosemary is a thorough, professional cleaner. She does not overlook the small things. She takes her time and makes sure all of the small details are taken care of.

I wasn’t that impressed with my first appointment. It seems this company sends a cleaner your way, they do a minimal job cleaning then sucker you in on a membership. I found the verbiage of the website/product to be confusing. I did not realize I was signing up for a membership until charged subsequent months.

Thank you...Ahead of time, I thought I wanted Woman cleaners, but later I ask my husband...He said Ok, and + if you can make clearing schedule days of 1st and 15th every month ..than I like it better...to me best way remember my home cleaning day your convinces your flexible hours than noticeable day before or day after, you would change the schedule.

I like Andrea very much, but she developed severe allergic reaction to our cat, and it was stressful for me to see how she is suffering. Because of that, I decided that it would be better for us to try working with someone who doesn’t have any allergies to cats.

He replaced my toilet paper and paper towels on the roll, dusted my baseboards, cleaned inside my microwave, dusted all my shelves and the items on them, got dirt from corners. I was pleased with the job Eva did at our home overall it looked great and a lot of attention to detail was noticeable however my wife was not quite content with the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. Next time we will communicate our expectations via the cleaning notes and I am sure that Eva will meet our expectations.
