Seems that I was billed an extra hour as she arrived an hour late (started at noon rather than 11am). But I was billed for 4.5 hours.

she did fantastic- I just wanted more deep cleaning and she did a great job but also didn’t take forever which I appreciate. She was also understanding with the children and cats being around. We will choose her again in the future
