did great job on shower. guess she needed more time in order to move items and get the dirt on countertops. will hook again to finish up the job. I’ll admit it’s a mess.

Tanya spent time on items that really needed it, like dusty fan/hood and ceiling fans. She worked on details that I don't have time to do. I was pleased. I gave her a tip allready My only problem is that she used the vacuum cleaner on a wet floor and I will have to take it apart to clean it.

She was fantastic. I needed a cleaner in between my usual houskeeper who was out of town for a month. I will certainly request Theresa again when I have a cleaning need.

The person (Yeimar) who comes regularly is very good, I would rate Yeimar 5/5 but the person who came along with Yeimar did not work as expected. I would like to rate that person as 4/5.

the two ladies who came did clean ok. but when Maria and her associate came to inspect they found many uncleand spots and they themselves cleaned it. after that it was acceptable. the cleaning ladies must be further trained. if the two ladies who came first are assigned each time with out further training I will be reluctant to call them back.

she super sweet and came on short notice, however missed a few things during the clean. the entire half bath downstairs wasn’t touched and the master bath sink, counters, shower and bath tub were still dirty. could have just been a timing issue but I would’ve preferred to be aware of it. still did a great job on everything else.

I’m not sharing my review because Dejai wasnt able to get to cleaning the floors in my main living spaces which are my living room, my primary bedroom and walkin closet and some of the entry way. Some of my surfaces I could tell weren’t full wiped down either. In 3 hours she completed my kitchen, bathroom, and office. I haven’t had this type of experience in the past with any other cleaner.

I wouldn’t use her again for that reason, and I don’t want to lower her rating, but otherwise, communicated well, and rest of home seemed very clean for the three hours
