came home after a long day and was so excited to see how well she cleaned and got all the things that i have just not had time to get to. I very thankful for her!

she’s amazing! fast and clean. she also had someone help me with assemble a desk which is super helpful!

Work was done to the satisfaction and everything was throughly cleaned. Excellent service and would recommend her to everyone. I was not there unfortunately due to emergency (we were having a baby) in-laws have to leave mid cleaning and they don’t know English that much so there some misunderstanding.

Jonquil was excellent! I had questions beforehand which she was happy to answer professionally. She did an amazing job cleaning my home basically from top to bottom. Highly recommend!

she did excellent for floors vacuuming & mopping, bedding & paying attention to details but she could have been better with speed , for using degreaser for stove grates , shower walls.

She was great, with the exception of she made the mirrors significantly worse - she needs instructions or advice on how to clean mirrors. I wouldn’t use her again for that reason, and I don’t want to lower her rating, but otherwise, communicated well, and rest of home seemed very clean for the three hours

Yurgelis is the best. she cleans the home as though it is her home. very sweet person. Gets things done right the first time. I have never had to ask her to clean something again in my post cleaning walkthrough, unlike many other cleaners i have worked with.

Linwyse is a miracle worker! Her attention to detail was superb. Our house has never looked so beautiful. Whatever she used to clean smells amazing, but not overpowering. I would highly recommend her.

She gave it her best with 2 hr allotted time. i wish I had.requested for 3 hr block though. Had to ask the she focus on only part of the task since house hasn’t been cleaned in a while. 5 stars for fer👌

Tanijah was punctual, and did a pretty good job. i'm giving four stars, because, it was the First time to clean my house and it wasn't a 5. The time allotted was cut short, so I think if those 20 minutes would've been spent on the master bathroom, it could've been a really great experience.

Sandra did a fine job. She could have been finished in less than 6 hours, but slowed to stay to the end. I don't care how long she spends if everything is clean. It would be nice to have someone who speaks a little English.

Cleaning done nicely for Bathrooms, Toilets, floors (carpet & wooden) Better cleaning required on Cabinets (still look yellowish), and, Mirrors and Windows (stains continued...) Despite asking for English speaking cleaning maid/s, designated mail did not speak English hence, it was extremely difficult to explain the cleaning sequence or needs.

it was good but the master shower still had some spots that had mold, and the ledge wasn’t cleaned in the shower and the metal lining parts on the inside were also not fully wiped.
