She was very thorough in cleaning the bathroom on second floor. On the shower on first floor, she did an excellent job on the tub but left out some parts of the walls. I am still very satisfied. She is easy to work with.

Tranessa’s communication was great… from scheduling to what I wanted done to my place, she hit the spot! She made my apartment sparkling, handled all my requests, and sent pictures after as I was not home when she finished.

She’s great. She takes her time. She left my bathrooms so clean I don’t wanna use it and mess anything up. I will request her again!

Her cleaning is good but she always arrives late and leaves early, usually one or 2 rooms are left uncleaned.

Jenez did an excellent job cleaning our home; however, I would prefer a cleaning professional who resides within my local area. Upon reviewing her information, I was surprised by the distance she had to travel to clean my home. I would definitely utilize her services again if she lived closer.

Not speaking English what’s the problem! The fact that she refused to make the bed was also a problem it shows in your commercials, and y’all stated that they would make the beds. She stayed on her phone a lot. But the house was cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless. The rest of the house was done very well.

On arrival were told not included in basic cleaning however I added the hour for the service. I don’t need 4 hours of basic cleaning. No complaints just learning the system. The cleaning was okay, it just wasn’t as clean to my liking. I’ve cleaned my house on multiple occasions and it has been cleaner. They only stayed for 2 hours instead of 4 because quote on quote it was 2 of them. If you have a small home or apartment their cleaning might be too your liking.
