She cleaned the home very well, however, I believe the timeframe it took to clean the areas shouldn’t have taken 6 hours to do. It’s almost as if the time was stretched out knowing that I booked for 6 hours. Not sure if this is you guys normal protocol.

On arrival were told not included in basic cleaning however I added the hour for the service. I don’t need 4 hours of basic cleaning. No complaints just learning the system. The cleaning was okay, it just wasn’t as clean to my liking. I’ve cleaned my house on multiple occasions and it has been cleaner. They only stayed for 2 hours instead of 4 because quote on quote it was 2 of them. If you have a small home or apartment their cleaning might be too your liking.

She had a really tough job here, but she did it well without complaint and I didn’t feel judged by her.

she was a great worker she wasn't supposed to come by herself she was really tired the company had me thinking it was 2 cleaners coming she had to take breaks because the company didn't not send 2 people for a 2 people job I caried the trash bags and trash to the dumpsters
