There were storms in the area during our scheduled time, so she was not able to make the appointment, but she communicated early and often and rescheduled us within 24 hours. Heather did a great job on cleaning our bathrooms and floors. Her work was very good. I think due to something with the app, she did not have the correct address so was about 30 min little late but it really wasn’t her fault. She worked hard and provided her own supplies.
