She told me she could not mop as she didn’t have a mop! That is not acceptable. I have everything and I told her to use mine and mop or don’t bother to come. Where do find these people! I have yet to have a housekeeper I would love to keep as I know they aren’t mopping as I have had to mop after I get home! I always tip well but that is sight unseen as I am not there until evening!
