I thought she did an amazing job even though she wasn’t able to clean the whole house because of the size and she was the only cleaner honestly the project should have been a two person job which is not a reflection of her work or her performance I think more could’ve gotten accomplished however I was pleased with what she was able to accomplish.

Very kind, but did not vacuum our room and I really needed it as ours is broken. I did not hear the vacuum at all except on the stairs. Did not wipe down toilets or mop. The rooms she was in were picked up and only a few papers on the counter and table needed to be stacked to be clean, and she did a minimal wipe down. I don’t know what took four hours.

Jolene did a fabulous job and I would rebook with her but the cost between her and Homeaglow is to great for my budget.

I think that we need to get in sync with with that but mainly through the app. She and I talk regularly. Her communication skills are great and tries to make sure there’s no confusion.

Did a great jobs on the floors but didn’t have time to do the bathrooms. Scheduled time was 10am but arrived at 12pm. Noticeable dust and area that weren’t cleaned.
