I left during the entirety of my appointment. she was very sweet and asked if there was anything else she could do before she left. I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me. I noticed she didn’t vacuum my bathrooms. she was great with my dog & came with a quite a few supplies.

does what is asked to be done. I am a little confused about the text message that I receive saying when that she’s checked in at a certain time, but my door camera tells shows a different time. I think that we need to get in sync with with that but mainly through the app. She and I talk regularly. Her communication skills are great and tries to make sure there’s no confusion.

Did a great jobs on the floors but didn’t have time to do the bathrooms. Scheduled time was 10am but arrived at 12pm. Noticeable dust and area that weren’t cleaned.

I requested and paid for the ovens and baseboards to be cleaned. Some of the baseboards were cleaned but not the ovens. What was cleaned was done well.

😂..she was good, she didn't really clean the shower too good but she did dust and get the cat hair especially off your dresser she cleaned the restroom good and also the floors from what I could see. but for me it didn't seem like the 4 hours it was maybe more like 3 it took like about an hour for her to come and go cuz she had the cash Lyft.

Cleaning was excellent. I am cancelling the plan due to Dashboard errors. This appointment was originally for 9/9. I received a confirmation text for 9/9 for two hours. Somehow the date was changed to Monday 9/11. As every Monday I have medical appointments there is NO way I would have changed.I do not need the stress. It's over. I tipped in cash as it was not Carmen's fault .

Amazing work, on time, honest, managers the time well and gets it done in the time requested. His crew is super friendly and personable, doesn't my let communication with the homeowner interfere with the time they spend cleaning. Defiantly recommend. He's my top cleaner of choice.
