They did a very good job. Took a bit longer than the time booked, so I was charged more. That’s fine this time, but would love to stick with the scheduled amount of time. The 2 ladies were very nice, and did what was asked of them. I look forward to having them back!

The person (Yeimar) who comes regularly is very good, I would rate Yeimar 5/5 but the person who came along with Yeimar did not work as expected. I would like to rate that person as 4/5.

the two ladies who came did clean ok. but when Maria and her associate came to inspect they found many uncleand spots and they themselves cleaned it. after that it was acceptable. the cleaning ladies must be further trained. if the two ladies who came first are assigned each time with out further training I will be reluctant to call them back.

All dishes were clean and oven was wiped down. Her only downside was efficiency. She got the floor more wet than expected and I had to spend time drying it up. She needs proper supplies like a mop to properly clean floors. Otherwise she is very hard worker and willing to help out with moving things around the house.

aside from him NOT having a vacuum cleaner. it was fine. we contracted for 3 hours, it took him 5-1/2 hours. service was extremely slow, given our home is only 1200sf. 1 bedroom, office, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and small living room. all the rooms are small. other than that, his service was great.

she super sweet and came on short notice, however missed a few things during the clean. the entire half bath downstairs wasn’t touched and the master bath sink, counters, shower and bath tub were still dirty. could have just been a timing issue but I would’ve preferred to be aware of it. still did a great job on everything else.

I’m not sharing my review because Dejai wasnt able to get to cleaning the floors in my main living spaces which are my living room, my primary bedroom and walkin closet and some of the entry way. Some of my surfaces I could tell weren’t full wiped down either. In 3 hours she completed my kitchen, bathroom, and office. I haven’t had this type of experience in the past with any other cleaner.
