My cleaner's name was Gina. She was young, slow, and methodical. I was pleased with her work, but she seemed not to have a lot of confidence that she was doing things right. I would have her back. I tipped her directly. I don't see her name below as an option.

Whitley was amazing! I left the wrong key out and she was so gracious about finding my spare key. The cleaning job was excellent.

Bambi was amazing! I had actually thought the day would be cut short as I had little for her to do. BUT..... She actually helped me clean, declutter, change the linen and rearrange my mom's bedroom. This is significant as my mom was recovering from hip fracture surgery. I am extremely thankful for her help and suggestions.

We really appreciated Trinitee coming but is more time required over the 3 hours? A few noticeable areas missed, but this could be a function of not enough time. Would love your thoughts.

Sade does a great job, hums and sings to herself as she cleans, talks sweetly to our dog who is crated while she's here, and is a pleasure to have in our home. She comes in, quickly and quietly does her work (I work from home), and before I know it she's letting me know she's done. She's great and we're lucky to have found her !

Angela was on time and very understanding of my requests. She is a great organizer and good cleaner. However, she was supposed to clean my fridge and stove as well and she left early. This task was not completed and the company charged me for it.

Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.

Jazmine did a great job! my kids’ rooms looked great, I haven’t seen the tops of their dressers clean like this in a long time! The bathrooms looked great, and the house looked more organized! She did an excellent job!
