She was very nice. Few concerns: general cleaning did not include emptying trash from rooms including bathrooms and Laundry. Mop floors with mop without rinsing it or use of water. I'm not familiar with that method. Not sure if she cleaned owners shower. It looked uuntouched. I was working and could not watch her clean.
