Regina was very friendly and kind. She seems confused on what she was supposed to clean. Standard cleaning is what I booked. Wasn’t a thoroughly cleaned, shower was walls were not cleaned. window sills not cleaned. etc. but for the most part everything was tidy and neat.

Overall the apartment was clean, but she didn’t rinse the bathroom and kitchen floors.which were sticky she didn’t know or ask how to use the vacuum and didn’t ast Her command of the English language made difficult point out what she was missing. I would prefer a man to do the cleaning.

Shaheen was very kind, polite, and friendly. He radiates a very positive energy! He left 40 minutes early and could have been more thorough. I had to prompt him a few times, which is fine (communication!), but I was expecting a more detailed job.

Rosa is absolutely wonderful! She was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every surface was spotless — she paid attention to details like cleaning behind appliances. She was also very friendly and respectful of my space. I will definitely be booking her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, top-quality clean.
