She is very kind and friendly. During cleaning, she remained in the bathroom with the door closed for approximately 30 minutes. I’m not sure why it took that amount of time, as the visible cleaning appeared to include wiping the table and cleaning the microwave.

Berta’s work ethic is great! I would give her five stars if I was fluent in Spanish. Somehow, though, we do manage to figure out what each of us are trying to say. Once she finishes cleaning an area she always calls me to check before she moves on, to see if anything else needs attention. Berta is a very good worker/cleaner. I hope she will be available to help me with my home.

Robert is very nice, but showed up a bit late to the appointment and was still charged for the full cleaning time.

She really knew how to clean. She moved things around. She did not clean around things. Very thorough. Her first time with me I want to def give her another job . Next time Taayoo (Tale) comes i want her to come earlier I had a few more things I would have likd her to do but it got too late. She got here at 2ish and left 7ish, that a little late she will have to come here more like 11ish.

Even tho this was the first time, I just showed her the rooms, and she took care OF EVERYTHING! Even a room i hadn't expected to clean. And as a bonus, she lives in the same town as me. Color me very happy! - especially since there had been a couple of SNAFUS over the past two months!

I like her attitude, but she needs to clean based on home cleaning services. There was much more that could have been done however, I’m sure she will learn over time. An example would be: putting things back where they were when she is finished, cleaning glass mirrors, doors and shelves, wiping down kitchen cabinet doors on the outside..

He always checks in with me before and after, to go over the list of things that I need him to focus on. Including moving furniture.
