Showed up within the 10-11 am time frame and while she wasn’t the one who did the cleaning, she inspected everything at the end and went over things the cleaner missed which is much appreciated!

Hard-working but had a bit of an attitude. The cleaner she brought with her was very friendly though. After they left I noticed there were things missed such as they left streaks on the mirror. I had Windex, but I don't think it was used. My whole apartment is typically able to be cleaned in that time. But I added extra time, but the overall cleaning was just okay.

Very fast and sufficient. Organized 2 coat closets and a walk in closet that were all extremely packed in 3 hours !

Michael blew me away! He was so kind, personable and paid attention to even the fine details in my home. We have a big apartment and he swept, dusted and mopped the whole thing, polished every detail in our bathrooms including cleaning our bath mat, washed dishes by hand when the dishwasher got full, cleaned our cats food mat - I mean, I was wowed.
