Carmen is fantastic! What makes her special is she goes above and beyond every single time. For example, today she noticed my bath towels kept falling over. So she took it upon herself to re-fold them the right way and then showed me when she was done to see if I liked it better. Its so.much better and they actually fit in the cabinet now with room to spare.

I really have no complaints about the work Maudeline did. She did a very thorough cleaning job. my only issue is that the dirty water was dumped in the tub, which now created a clogged up tub after it was just cleaned. So now I’m having to buy a bunch of products to unclog it.

Sharod performed a very thorough dusting, was personable, polite, and respectful of our home. He was prepared with supplies except did not bring a vacuum. Sadly, we had a family emergency and needed to end the appointment early, by no fault of his, so we kept our agreement for 4 hours.
