Carmen is fantastic! What makes her special is she goes above and beyond every single time. For example, today she noticed my bath towels kept falling over. So she took it upon herself to re-fold them the right way and then showed me when she was done to see if I liked it better. I really have no complaints about the work Maudeline did. She did a very thorough cleaning job. my only issue is that the dirty water was dumped in the tub, which now created a clogged up tub after it was just cleaned. So now I’m having to buy a bunch of products to unclog it.
