OMG! This woman is not only excellent at cleaning. She is also a gem personally. She is so conscientious, she checked in with me before the appointment to see if I had any special needs, and my bathroom is sparkling! I will definitely be utilizing her services over and over and over again!

Ana did an amazing job, the weather started getting really bad and I didn’t want her to get snowed in so I asked her to leave early. I fully expected to get charged for the full amount of the appointment but didn’t. For the time she was here she did amazing!!! I got burned from a previous cleaner and it’s refreshing to have someone so honest.

Davis was great. Quiet and professional. My only downside is I wish he had put my appliances back where I had them. But zero complaints on his cleaning and professionalism.

Lisa was very friendly with me, an 86 year old senior citizen. She did a great job of cleaning my house. Her mobile phone seemed to ring quite a bit, but she kept working and kept the calls short or didn’t answer them at all. I’m looking forward to having Lisa back on February 28th!

I was told by Amy that new sheets were put onto the bed as well as the old sheets put into the washer. This however was not done at all. There was no sheets on the bed and the old sheets were thrown onto the floor.

Elizabeth & Brian show up on time, do a terrific job and work around the H2O tubes from my brother on throughout the house. I love them for being so careful!

Devine does a great job. Telling her what I want done in detail and following up to make sure it’s to my satisfaction helps. I also have to tell her and her team to dump trash and put away supplies before leaving. Any issues I have they have no problem with resolving them.

We always give Rachel a cash tip so she can get some gas on her way home. Rachel is very patient and does a very good job. I have a lot of painted ponies and she takes the time to clean each one very carefully. I would recommend Rachel any day.

Although I rated her a five, what she did do was great; however her vacuum broke so there was o vacuuming done, which was most important (2 dogs, 1 cat).
