very polite and professional. I wish he had called before missing our original time but he rescheduled quickly and got my cleaning done the next day.

she did good, only thing was I requested baseboards to be cleaned and they weren’t. That is the reason I booked 4 hours instead of 3,that being said I think the person I talked to on the phone did not put that request in. There was a bit of a language barrier when we talked, English was definitely not her first language.

Terry was so very conscientious, thorough, asked questions when he didn’t know rather than guessing. our house is nice and so clean- I certainly hope I will find his availability for next time.

Was 15 minutes late but otherwise she did a great job cleaning the living room. Took her over 3 hours & I wish she told me the blinds were cracking before they were completely trashed & need to be replaced.

Deann is amazing and very detail oriented. I am very picky when it comes to cleaners and Deann is the best I have so far! She does not mess around and always gives her best. I highly recommend her.
