My dogs have been VERY hard on my floors. Between an English bulldog who dribbles all over the kitchen when he eats to a puppy that’s shedding hair everywhere!!! Deann as always did a phenomenal job. The house cleaning had gotten a bit away from me and it was dirtier than usual… It’s so great going into the weekend with an entire clean home!

Darlene is amazing. She showed up a few minutes early than the scheduled time. Cleaned all areas of the house that I asked. Also went above and beyond and cleaned the base boards and wall where my dog loves to lay and leave dirty. She is great to have conversation with and is a joy to be around.

Nicolette arrived early, followed instructions, communicated easily (native English speaker), cleaned with a system flexible enough to work around clutter I didn't get to, and showed diligence and common sense.

Amy is awesome. She did more than I asked! I was in meetings upstairs and I didn't even hear her so not only did she do a great job cleaning she was also mindful of the fact I was in online meetings all day.

She was a great help with organizing that was needed, both with offering ideas and following specific instructions. She did great with the cleaning as we were organizing and had her own supplies. She was ready to go into details and mindful about finding ways to clean or organize before next set of instructions.

You only stayed 3 1/2 hours yet I was charged for 5 hours. Did a great job. So take the last hour and a half as your tip.

I think you forgot to clean my bathroom. Where you moved the tv in the room next to the living room you forgot to put them back otherwise you did a good job.

I am trying to cancel my contract. It is very difficult to do. The first two people scheduled were a no show. This company is unreliable and do not have a customer service phone number and website is unhelpful. Do not hire.
