Nashon was very personable. I had to provide a broom, mop, and vacuum. I asked him if he was going to dust and he said he didn’t have a rag. I didn’t realize if I only booked three hours that they couldn’t stay longer. He was ready to go at 1 o’clock and didn’t get to dusting or cleaning mirrors.

I am so impressed with Rebecca and her cleaning skills! I liked her the minute she came through the front door! She definitely is a detailed cleaner. I can't believe how much and how well she cleaned my house!

Lisa was very friendly with me, an 86 year old senior citizen. She did a great job of cleaning my house. Her mobile phone seemed to ring quite a bit, but she kept working and kept the calls short or didn’t answer them at all. I’m looking forward to having Lisa back on February 28th!

I was told by Amy that new sheets were put onto the bed as well as the old sheets put into the washer. This however was not done at all. There was no sheets on the bed and the old sheets were thrown onto the floor.

Although I rated her a five, what she did do was great; however her vacuum broke so there was o vacuuming done, which was most important (2 dogs, 1 cat).
