She also did my laundry, and when I asked her last minute to add that on after I already booked her, she didn’t even hesitate. She’s super sweet and easy to communicate with. To the comments about her cancelling last minute — she explained that she got into a car accident a couple of months ago and had to cancel a lot of clients’ appointments. (kindly, I just don’t want her service to be underestimated). she truly is very kind and helpful.

I ended up cleaning the kitchen and powder room myself because they arrived so late (over two hours) and I was afraid it wouldn't be done before I had to start dinner preparations. Tracey is not the cleaner that arrived at my house.

She started at 11:00 & ended at 12:30. That is one &1/2 hours. Please change payment. She is awesome!
