Very pleased, not only was he one time but he managed to work around the chaos of my construction team. One of my tenants texted he while he was there saying that he’s the real deal! I requested a 6 hour cleaning but for some reason the cleaner thought it was only 5.5 somo thin she was rushing. She was very courteous. She did a great job on the bathrooms but missed spots to dust throughout the house.

Willie’s team did a good job cleaning. I wish they would have e taken their time to check behind their work. I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. I would rather cleaners stay in my home for the full 4 hours instead of speeding through the job.

I was disappointed in a few details — the shower was still dirty, and a pair of shoes was thrown on top of clothes — but the lack of a notification when the job was done was the most frustrating. If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.
