I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. I would rather cleaners stay in my home for the full 4 hours instead of speeding through the job.

I was disappointed in a few details — the shower was still dirty, and a pair of shoes was thrown on top of clothes — but the lack of a notification when the job was done was the most frustrating. If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.
