Melissa was absolutely excellent. she nailed everything I needed done. She is very thorough and pleasant. She has an eye for detail and hours above and bring for cleanliness. Even things I didn’t notice she did. Her communication was excellent and she she conscious of the time.

Needs to get in corners and edges of foors that had tile and she didn't mop the bathroom floors. Bathrooms did not look or smell cleaned. She did as good as my teenager could. When Janice cleaned the house it smelled and was cleaned. Nice person but I am just not happy with the service.

she did an excellent job with me being out of state requesting cleaning for family. she was respectful to my family and followed my instructions about a crazy water issue in the house. I'd use her again.

Literally 10/10. She cleaned all 3 of my bathrooms and had them looking brand new for real. She also did my laundry, and when I asked her last minute to add that on after I already booked her, she didn’t even hesitate. She’s super sweet and easy to communicate with. To the comments about her cancelling last minute — she explained that she got into a car accident a couple of months ago and had to cancel a lot of clients’ appointments. (kindly, I just don’t want her service to be underestimated). she truly is very kind and helpful.

I ended up cleaning the kitchen and powder room myself because they arrived so late (over two hours) and I was afraid it wouldn't be done before I had to start dinner preparations. Tracey is not the cleaner that arrived at my house.

She started at 11:00 & ended at 12:30. That is one &1/2 hours. Please change payment. She is awesome!
