I only wanted 4 hours. She stayed 5 and charged me for it. what she did do was good. she may have stayed longer because I said “if” you have extra time, do the baseboards. I looked all around the house and they were not done. my house in a normal day is pretty darn clean. should not take more than 2ish hours tops. so 4 hours is generous.

I also appreciate that she asks questions about what needs to be done and she works with me as I'm often working from home when she's here.
