I LOVE her! As soon as she came in she was ready to work and was respectful of our spaces. I have 4 kids with Autism and they were off of school on the day of the clean. This was our first time using any cleaning service and overall I would give her a big 9/10 for general cleaning. She was very thorough in most areas and only a couple things missed. With how cluttered our house was, I think she did amazing for the full six hours.

I only wanted 4 hours. She stayed 5 and charged me for it. what she did do was good. she may have stayed longer because I said “if” you have extra time, do the baseboards. I looked all around the house and they were not done. my house in a normal day is pretty darn clean. should not take more than 2ish hours tops. so 4 hours is generous.

Pretty good. The floors look more like they were swiffered rather than actually mopped with soapy water. I wasn’t very specific about what I wanted, though, so part of that is on me.
