I LOVE her! As soon as she came in she was ready to work and was respectful of our spaces. I have 4 kids with Autism and they were off of school on the day of the clean. Two of them decided they weren’t leaving their rooms and she was very understanding. I hope I can have Tyna back for our next cleaning!

This was our first time using any cleaning service and overall I would give her a big 9/10 for general cleaning. She was very thorough in most areas and only a couple things missed. With how cluttered our house was, I think she did amazing for the full six hours.

Stephen did an excellent job cleaning today, My oven looks brand new however he did use a very hard bristle on my refrigerator and it is all scratched up. I am not going to give him a poor rating as I think I can get it fixed.

She even noticed the hose on my dryer wasn’t connected and climbed behind the dryer to connect it. I would definitely recommend her and only her for your cleaning needs.

Lacey did a good job cleaning after a tenant moved out. Everything needed to be cleaned from floors, to walls, to appliances because the tenant had smoked inside and had a cat. It was a big job in a small space.

Pretty good. The floors look more like they were swiffered rather than actually mopped with soapy water. I wasn’t very specific about what I wanted, though, so part of that is on me.

Kristen was great; despite snow and road issues, she came later in the day and did a wonderful job. My kitchen counters are CLEAN. The hardwood floors look awesome and a good job was done vacuuming the carpeted stairs. I would definitely have her again.

She is a hard worker. She completed the primary task well. On-time and excellent work ethic. The only suggestion is to use different clothes in cleaning depending on the area or what is being cleaned. Check with clients if it's okay to spray fresheners because some people have allergies and avoid spraying toward food areas. Thank you.

Gregory did a good job for me! There were just a couple of glitches: the oven light was left on, and he must have emptied his cleaning bucket in the kitchen sink, because there was hair in the drain. That is a problem because that drain clogs easily. In future, cleaning water should be dumped in the toilet. If not for those things, I would have rated him a 5. I love my clean floors!

Gabrielle is fabulous… I’d like to request her as my regular cleaner. She and I decided her next cleaning would be on Monday, October 31st at 9AM. I tried entering it on her rebooking site, but the date wouldn’t change, only the time.
