Karla cleaned my home very well! She provided a thorough cleaning in each room (4 bedroom 2 1/2 baths) however, after the tour she stated that my house was already clean, neat & that it wouldn’t take 3 hrs probably 2 - 2 1/2. Instead, she cleaned & billed for 4 1/2 hrs :-/ I don’t like it when you’re expecting to pay one fee but instead are charged another (higher) fee :-/

She arrived on time. Gillian did a fantastic cleaning job. As a non-smoker, I could smell/ tell that she smoked prior to arriving at my home, however, it didn’t impede the quality of her work.

First cleaning with Derrick, we really appreciated his professionalism and were overall satisfied with his work. He communicated clearly on what can be done in the 3hr time frame and got most of it done. Only 1 miss was the stove top but it could be an honest mistake so I'm overlooking. Will recommend and hire again for future cleanings
