This was my first time using a cleaning service and the experience was wonderful. Chris is very respectful and punctual on time. the clean was amazing I cried at how well he managed to turn my house around. Ill admit to a biased for a male cleaner but he will definitely change your mind. highly recommend!

I appreciate that Alonna was flexible when I changed my priorities a bit when she arrived. I didn’t give a 5 because the cleaning product that was used left my counters streaky and a little sticky. I would be happy to work with Alonna again and provide a preferable cleaner.

Jeannette was great and cleaned very well! My house had a very pleasant clean smell. She was friendly and polite. I will definitely ask for Jeannette again.

Latoyia did a great job! My windowsills have never been so clean since I’ve had this house. She was very professional and did not disturb me at all while I worked from home. She even found my wallet that I have been looking for for two weeks while cleaning! I highly recommend.

Hi and thank you for such a nice cleaning. I only have one thing to ask for the master bed sheet change. Please make sure the top sheet is pulled high enough to turn over on top of the blankets and make sure it’s all tucked in at the bottom of the bed. Nell was wonderful!! She is very meticulous and willilng to do any of the chores asked of her, and she goes beyond: she even folded our laundry! We will definitely being seeing Nell in the future, if she is willing.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Kellie is phenomenal! It has been so great having a monthly reset, I can never believe how much she is able to accomplish in the short time she is here. We seriously feel like we found such a gem and we are so lucky to have her support!

Shannon did a superb job when cleaning my apartment she completed everything on my list, and still found time to do my fridge and oven now my place is sparkling clean.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

Diahann was good in some areas and not so good in other areas. She didn't move any of the knick knacks because she doesn't like to touch other peoples stuff. If you don't touch it how can you clean it? We had to remake the bed. What she did do was done well. With my age and physical problems she did way better than I can do.

Did a good job. Focused on the areas that were most important to me. Prompt. Didn’t bring a vacuum or enough cleaning supplies with her.

He was a lot more detailed than other services I have had in the past, moving furniture to clean and such. There was some miscommunication about the food on the counter--loaf of bread, bag of potatoes, and onions that apparently got thrown away.

She was very polite However no vacuum and there were some supplies she didn't have, said she hadn't the time to go to the store. I had to give her whatever I had. She did not dust which I would think is part of cleaning house 2 rooms were were not vacuumed.
