William did an amazing job! I had red wine stains in my older carpet in my home that I truly figured were IMPOSSIBLE to remove and he was able to remove them! I always have shut the guest bedroom door to hide them and now I no longer have to. Very communicative and punctual, and so kind. Was a pleasure to work with him. Highly, highly recommend.
