Had Ms Lavette for the cleaning of my home when I came home I seen a few things that had been missed I reached out to her and she apologized and asked if she could do anything to make it right which was awesome of her to be able to rectify the situation I declined because I didn’t want her to have to come back out

Excellent, as usual. she remembered the things I asked about last time and took care of them. Quick, courteous and complete.

I'd like to have him again next month. He really did a deep cleaning. I like and trust him and would rather not have random people coming to my house.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and the experience was wonderful. Chris is very respectful and punctual on time. the clean was amazing I cried at how well he managed to turn my house around. Karla was very nice, her cleaning is very detailed. We didn’t know what to expect. This cleaning was a gift from a friend that’s uses Homeaglow regularly. Our friend told us to be very specific on what you want. So unfortunately we weren’t able to get all bathrooms, or the stairs cleaned in the 3 hours. But that’s okay because what she did complete was good, and it smelt really fresh & clean.

Hi and thank you for such a nice cleaning. I only have one thing to ask for the master bed sheet change. Please make sure the top sheet is pulled high enough to turn over on top of the blankets and make sure it’s all tucked in at the bottom of the bed. I won’t be home for the next 2-3 cleanings but Jeff will be. We will get the door code to you if he isn’t home. Thank you! Jennifer

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.
