My kitchen was totally spotless. All my carpets and hardwoods were very clean. She got all the water stains off my shower door. Didn’t look like she cleaned my basement, and I wish the floor of my shower could have gotten a bit cleaner. Appreciated her awareness of using softer chemicals as I have pets and kids!

Tyler is very professional and thorough. He helped me with my furniture assembly like a pro. He also leaves your place clean afterwards (unlike my other experiences). He’s considerate and can help with basically anything.

We didn’t know what to expect but Micah really took a weight off our shoulders by making our place feel like a warm clean apartment again, especially our kitchen. First cleaning with Derrick, we really appreciated his professionalism and were overall satisfied with his work. He communicated clearly on what can be done in the 3hr time frame and got most of it done. Only 1 miss was the stove top but it could be an honest mistake so I'm overlooking. Great Job！ recently used a cleaning service and had a great experience. The staff arrived on time, were friendly, and worked professionally. They paid attention to every detail, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, which were spotless afterward.

He was very thorough and found areas that needed clenaing that I hadn't even thought to point out. My dogs were also very calm around him, which is unusual for them.

Thomas came prepared to clean. Look at the house, asked questions about what I wanted done and that started to work. He did a very good job.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Tromika did a great job and seems to take pride in her work. She was on time, listened to my needs, and was pleasant to be with.

Shannon did a superb job when cleaning my apartment she completed everything on my list, and still found time to do my fridge and oven now my place is sparkling clean.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

If you don't touch it how can you clean it? We had to remake the bed. What she did do was done well. With my age and physical problems she did way better than I can do.

He was a lot more detailed than other services I have had in the past, moving furniture to clean and such. There was some miscommunication about the food on the counter--loaf of bread, bag of potatoes, and onions that apparently got thrown away.
