William did an amazing job! I had red wine stains in my older carpet in my home that I truly figured were IMPOSSIBLE to remove and he was able to remove them! I always have shut the guest bedroom door to hide them and now I no longer have to. Very communicative and punctual, and so kind. Was a pleasure to work with him. Highly, highly recommend. My kitchen was totally spotless. All my carpets and hardwoods were very clean. She got all the water stains off my shower door. Didn’t look like she cleaned my basement, and I wish the floor of my shower could have gotten a bit cleaner. Appreciated her awareness of using softer chemicals as I have pets and kids!
