A few areas like the kitchen and shower could have used a deeper scrub rather than just a wipe-down, and some surfaces were missed during dusting. A quick conversation about priorities upfront would likely make a big difference for future customers. Overall, a solid visit, and my home is so much cleaner!

Elizabeth was unable to make the appointment but she sent a team member named Pierre. He was excellent! My bathrooms have never been so spotless and clean. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Besides that he had a very kind, gentle demeanor that was charming.
