I had a 3-hour cleaning; she called me when she was on her way and told me that she would be here for the entire three hours (which I really appreciated her telling me this because I had a cleaner last year who had accepted the 3-hour job and was only here for an hour and fifteen minutes.) Allinson P did a lovely job. She came with her husband and another staff member. They finished before the 3 hour time frame - actually cleaned my whole apartment in about 1.5 hours. Mr. P even cleaned the outside of my windows (that lead out to a balcony) because they were dirty, which was a level of attention to detail I appreciated. They came with all their supplies and were very polite.

Luz did a nice job, but fell short of what I was expecting. I'll take responsibility for that because, on looking back, I realize I did not clearly share my expectation of a "deep cleaning" with her, as I did with Pat who did my first job. The rooms Luz cleaned look very good, but I'm aware of what wasn't done, again though, I should have clearly enunciated my expectations with her.
