She is quiet and efficient. Only drawback is vacuum machine (don't know if it's "standard issue" for Homeaglow) is not the best for pet hair.

Yaki showed up on time (10 am). The wife and I went shopping and returned at 12:15. She was finished and gone but I was still charged for 3 hours. Why? I would prefer Hming as my cleaner.
