Luz did a nice job, but fell short of what I was expecting. I'll take responsibility for that because, on looking back, I realize I did not clearly share my expectation of a "deep cleaning" with her, as I did with Pat who did my first job. The rooms Luz cleaned look very good, but I'm aware of what wasn't done, again though, I should have clearly enunciated my expectations with her.

Yesenia and her assistant did a great job per my dad, Mr. Bland, however, they arrive around 11:15am and finished around 1:45pm. My dad told them not to clean the refrigerator. Therefore, since they cleaned under 3hrs and they didn't clean the refrigerator, the charge should be adjusted.

Everything was great . The only negative was the cleaner wiped our mirrors and they were really foggy and smeared . I had to scrub multiple times to get them clean . I am not sure what was used but it wasn’t mirror cleaner .

I cannot recommend Tammy enough. She is such a hard worker and does such a good job and is super friendly. My house is cleaner than it has been in a really long time. She really went above and beyond to get my house sparkling. I will definitely be booking her for all my future cleanings!

Cyrus C arrived as scheduled. He described what he would clean and how in each room during the walk through. The products he used were pleasantly fresh smelling. He was knowledgeable about what to use to clean each area and item. I am totally delighted with the outcome and will definitely use him again.
