They had a lot to do here and did great. They were great at double checking if some things were garbage and my building garbage chute was blocked. They had no problem taking items to dumpsters on the 1st floor. Took more time/work.

Apparently James received the wrong address from Home Aglow. Despite it being in the Instructions forn the Cleaning. However, James may have been the best one yet & I would use him again. IF he can clean the Shower Doors.

While she was sweet, I don't know how thorough she was. I found pet hair under the dining room table (after mopping) -- and we REALLY need cleaners to be vigilant since we have 1 dog and 2 cats who all shed. And, it felt like she vacuumed the stairs forever, while my daughter's bedroom was left untouched and it NEEDED to be vacuumed.

Hming has come to my house two times so far and both times she has done an excellent job. I am very satisfied with Hming and highly recommend her for general housekeeping.

I was changed an extra and I need you to correct that to 3 hours. It said I was charged because you could not enter the house. The cleaner did enter the house and completed 3 hours of cleaning. Please correct?

Kirk did a good basic job and was pleasant and respectful. However, he could have paid a bit more attention to details such as emptying wastebaskets,etc. I also feel I should have been told in advance that he wasn’t bringing his own tools (vacuum cleaner, mop, etc) but this might have been Homeaglow’s responsibility.
