very clean, very nice to communicate with. rearranged many of my personal belongings and decor for no reason, which was a little annoying to have to put back in their proper places.

I was pleased with the overall clean. The master shower wasn't cleaned and I was unsure if the floors were swept and mopped, but most of the work was done.

Allinson P did a lovely job. She came with her husband and another staff member. They finished before the 3 hour time frame - actually cleaned my whole apartment in about 1.5 hours. Mr. P even cleaned the outside of my windows (that lead out to a balcony) because they were dirty, which was a level of attention to detail I appreciated. They came with all their supplies and were very polite.

Karina was very kind and did a good cleaning, but she had 15 min left before the end of the 2 hours and she could have done a few more things in depth such as cleaning the bathroom mirror (she didn't do it) and a bit more thorough vacuum cleaning.

Nekeeta did a fabulous job with our crazy disorganized home. we had a flood and then major repairs and renovations and the house and cleanliness got away from us. But I think now w/Nekeeta coming in to clean our home I feel so much better and hopefully we can get back on track!
