I'm general, Alison did a great job. I love how the house looked when I arrived. There was only one area she forgot, in the sofa, under the pillows, it was still dirty. I am sure. next time, she won't forget that. other than that, she did an excellent job. I would like her to come back next month.

Ruben was a pleasure to have in our home. He was attentive and intentional. Even my puppy felt safe around him and that made me feel good in addition to his detailed cleaning techniques. He made our bathrooms and our floors smell amazing and feel great. We appreciate his services and look forward to booking with him again.

The crew that serviced my cleaning was amazing. They were thorough and quick with their cleaning, they even greeted my pet when entering. I came home to my place smelling and looking marvelous. The only downside that I had hoped for was a mopped floor. I had left a mop and bucket in the bathroom for their use, but did not receive this service.

Unfortunately due to the miscommunication of the day we weren’t previously on Hiwot’s schedule. She was however extremely nice and accommodating. She did not clean out the showers, wash the dishes, or sweep behind the couch which can clearly be seen upon coming in our front door.

She is quiet and efficient. Only drawback is vacuum machine (don't know if it's "standard issue" for Homeaglow) is not the best for pet hair.
