Trey is a lovely, polite, young man and he did a decent job. Since he doesn’t know the house well, we had to go back and look at a couple of things a second time that didn’t get noticed the first time. He also was not aware that I try to avoid use toxic cleaners.

William was great, very thorough, and detailed. He made sure to remove everything off of the floors and surfaces so he could get into every little corner. Major bonus that his products smell great, are not greasy, and get the job done well.

Overall, Nicaury did a nice job cleaning basic areas. It was a little difficult to communicate due to different language. She is a hard worker and very focused on job.

When I booked Camila, I had been living alone for 4 months while my parents were on a vacation. Thus naturally the house became a mess without a woman in it. Bill is so organized that when he is cleaning, he clears everything that is messy but oftentimes it is difficult to locate the items moved. Other than that he is awesome. His work is meticulous.

Overall Alex food a good job. Things were clean, and she followed my requested list of items to tackle. Reason for 4 stars is that when I went into my spare bathroom one of the sinks was clogged with caps in the drain so I had to take it all apart.

This was my 1st cleaning session. Krystal was interested in making sure she understood what I needed. She completed everthing asked. I'd schedule her again.

I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

Jessica is very communicative which was really great for my needs being out of town when she cleaned. The place looks great. I would hire her again.

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.

She had great questions to make sure we were completely happy. Very open, understanding and friendly. Looking forward to having her come back!
