Could use a little more attention to the kitchen floor and tile and walls around toilet. My house is difficult right now due to extra boxes and gifts in preparation for Christmas. All in all a very good job. I do find the language barrier difficult.

I booked for 4 hours to have my oven cleaned but it was not done . This is the second time This has happened if this kind of thing happened again I will cancel my contract. I need my oven cleaned and am not paying for an extra hour

They just said 3 hours total so it was very confusing and there’s still many things that have to be cleaned. Is it possible to book for a cleaning tomorrow after 1:30? I was not informed or did I agree to this visit. I cancelled her visit. Also I asked her if she was instructed that this job entailed a lot of walking up and down stairs before ANY cleaning could be done. She had brought her vacuum and a large carrier with her cleaning supplies in it. I was upset that she was not given specific instructions that I told the person who intervened me.

They did such a great job for a deep cleaning for a move out. I added all the services inside cabinets, inside fridge, inside oven, baseboards, and windows and they cleaned it all top to bottom. Excellent service i would highly recommend.
